extended to May 28, 2013 due to clubs still hosting
tryouts. With this late registration date we hope
to have schedules posted by June 2nd.

TOURNAMENT DEADLINES
For confirmation, check “Teams Entered”. Please check for
correct team and coach name, e-mail if changes need to be
made prior to tournament.
REFUND POLICY
A refund of all but $50
of your registration fees may be given if a team needs
to withdraw no later than two weeks prior to the
tournament start date. No refund will be given for team
that withdrawals after that date. No refund will
be given if SYSC asks a team to leave the tournament due
to misconduct. If the club removes teams due to an
age group cancellation a full refund will be issued.
If the club does not accept a team that has paid a full
refund will be given.
MANAGER CHECK LIST
- Must have a club
roster signed by the Association Registrar (all guest
players must be approved by registrar).
- Must have current
medical release forms.
- Player cards are not a
requirement but if there is an incident on the fields a
tournament official or referee might ask for player ID
or a verification of DOB.
- For additional
questions please verify sanctioning papers posted on
Washington Youth Soccer Association web site.
BRACKETS/SCHEDULES
We will not take
personal requests if you are a coach with multiple teams
for your teams not to play at the same time or not to
play on a certain day as you might have your other team
playing elsewhere. Please make sure you have a strong
assist coach in place should the need arise. We
apologize but this creates to many scheduling conflicts.
Although we will do our
best to meet your request or your desired bracket, the
tournament staff will make necessary changes for the
good of the tournament. We will be playing 9v9 for U11
and 6v6 for all U10’s in this tournament. Rosters can be
brought to the tournament — please remember they MUST be
signed by either a club or association registrar.
Schedules will be posted no later than 10 days prior to
your team’s start of the tournament.
PREVIOUS YEARS RESULTS
TEAM PACKETS
We do not mail our team packets. Everything will be
posted on the website or handed out when the team “checks
in”. “Check-in” must be done no later than 30 minutes prior
to the start of your FIRST game.
COACH PARKING
There are two coach parking passes in each packet. We
will no longer have a coaches’ parking lot. Coaches will
park in the large lot but will not need to pay for a parking
pass. Parking attendants have a list of the teams and will
allow two coaches for each team into the coach lot.
Please be aware you will be parking in grass fields and
pastures.
PARKING
Parking is $10 for a
weekend pass or $5 per day. Please park where the
attendants ask you to park if you wish to park in the
tournament parking lot. Your cooperation is greatly
appreciated and will make it much easier and faster for
everyone to get to their players’ games. Coaches: We
will no longer have a coach parking lot nor we will
provide free parking for coaches.
SPECTATOR RULES
NO DOGS are allowed on the fields - NO EXCEPTIONS!
Spectator parking is available in the lot for $10 for a
weekend pass or $5 per day. Please park where the attendants
ask you to park if you wish to park in the tournament
parking lot. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and
will make it much easier and faster for everyone to get to
their players’ games.
CONDUCT
If any player on a team or a team itself is caught
vandalizing property around the area, they may be
disqualified from the tournament.
The tournament staff is
extremely busy during the last couple weeks before the
tournament. If you have questions that are not found
