REFUND POLICY
A refund of all but $50
of your registration fees may be given if a team needs
to withdraw no later than two weeks prior to the
tournament start date. No refund will be given for team
that withdrawals after that date. No refund will
be given if SYSC asks a team to leave the tournament due
to misconduct. If the club removes teams due to an
age group cancellation a full refund will be issued.
If the club does not accept a team that has paid a full
refund will be given.

CHECK-IN
Must be done no later than 30 minutes before your first
game. Roster must be turned in at this time. No changes may
be made to the roster after first game is played. Failure to
submit a roster may result in forfeit. Remember to allow
enough time for players that need to purchase player cards
(see below).
PLAYER CARDS
To avoid the processing
fee please purchase a player card directly from
Washington State Adult Soccer Association prior to the
event. www.wsasa.com.
All players must have a
current player card with them in order to play. NO CARD
- NO PLAY! You can renew or purchase a player card at
the tournament check-in area. Checks or cash only.
- Single League: $35

Card: $40
*All card prices include a $5 processing fee.

BRACKETS/SCHEDULES
We will not take personal requests if you
are a coach with multiple teams for your teams not to
play at the same time or not to play on a certain day as
you might have your other team playing elsewhere.
Please make sure you have a strong assist coach in place
should the need arise. We apologize but this creates to
many scheduling conflicts.
Although we will do our best to meet your request or your
desired bracket, the tournament staff will make necessary
changes for the good of the tournament.
- Co-Ed:
A co-ed division will be
included if we receive a minimum of four co-ed team entries.
- Women Over-50: We will try, once
again, to create a division for this group.
PREVIOUS YEARS RESULTS
CAMPING
Camping Fees $50 per site for
the weekend, $25 single night.
We are no longer accepting pre paid applications!
All campers will be required to fill out the attached
form at the time of arrival. All camping spots are on a
first come first serve basis.
We
will place campers on the field beginning
Friday morning, from roughly 8-5 p.m., then again
early
Saturday
morning. No admittance will be allowed
during game play!
Absolutely no vehicle activity on the fields during game
times. All camping vehicles will be able to leave from
around the perimeter after last games on Sunday. All
camping is along the perimeter of the fields only. There
are no showers ore water facilities available. Security
is on site every night of the event. All campers with
additional vehicles will have to park their cars on the
far west parking lot.

FIELD RULES
The tournament staff is extremely busy the two weeks
prior to the tournament, therefore no messages will be
answered via phone or e-mail if the information you are
asking about is posted on the website or stated on the
tournament hotline. If you do leave a message or e-mail,
please do so just one time, phone message or e-mail … not
both. All messages will be returned within a 24-hour period.
- NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED ON THE COMPLEX. Please make sure
that all your players and spectators know this!
- No alcohol consumption is allowed by the players during
a game. If this becomes an issue, referees have been
instructed to call the game, and the offending team will be
disqualified and removed from the tournament.
- There is NO driving on the fields from the time the
tournament starts until the last game is over.
- All vehicles not used for camping need to remain in the
large parking lot.
