The above chart is based on Department of
Social and Health Services guidelines. We require both parent’s income
information as well as tax filing information from the previous year. If
there is a single parent we require any child support income information
as well.
When filling out the scholarship
application please include any copies of state assistance you may be
receiving i:e free or reduce lunch letter, TANF Grant assistance etc.
Any application turned in without all
required documentation will not be accepted.
Due to the overwhelming need of upfront
assistance the club is now going to cover the full cost of the
registration but will no longer purchase the uniform kits.

Effective immediately any players approved
for scholarships will be allowed to have two consecutive seasons of
scholarships followed by one mandatory year off. Our hope with this
change is to allow more low income families the opportunity
to be able to participate with our organization as SYSC. Examples anyone
approved for the 2012 and 2013 seasons will not be able to apply for one
in 2014 but my re-apply again 2015.
