     Recreational Game Day Format  

Required Information:
All players should have soccer cleats, shin guards, and an appropriate size soccer ball for practices and games.
Micro:
  • U-5 play 3 vs. 3 with no goalkeepers using a size 3 ball (coed)
    Practices followed by a game will be played every Friday at Stocker Fields for a total of 6 games over 6 weeks
     
  • U-6 play 3 vs. 3 with no goalkeepers using a size 3 ball (coed)
    Games will be played every Saturday at Stocker Fields for a total of 8 games
     
  • U-7 play 3 vs. 3 with no goalkeepers using a size 3 ball (coed)
    Games will be played every Saturday at Stocker Fields for a total of 8 games

Mod:

  • U-8 play 4 vs. 4 including goalkeepers using a size 3 ball
  • U-9 play 5 vs. 5 including goalkeepers using a size 4 ball
  • U-10 play 6 vs. 6 including goalkeepers using a size 4 ball
  • U-11 play 9 vs. 9 including goalkeepers using a size 4 ball

Majors:

  • U-12 play 11 vs. 11 including goalkeepers using a size 4 ball
  • U-13 thru U-19 play 11 vs. 11 including goalkeepers using a size 5 ball

2011 NCYSA Saturday/Sunday game format (Subject to change each year by NCYSA):

  • U8 teams will be divided into geographical groups
  Group 1 Group 2
  Everett Granite Falls
  Irish Lake Stevens
  Mukilteo Marysville
  Silver Lake North Sound (Lakewood)
  Terrace Brier Sky River (Monroe)
    Snohomish
  • U9 and U10 teams shall be placed in divisions designated by their competitive level. NCYSA will use the above geographical guidelines when applicable but maintain the designated skill level divisions.
     
  • U8, U9, and U10 boys and girls division games will be scheduled on Saturday and Sunday.
     
  • Older ages will be scheduled as follows (Subject to change each year by NCYSA):
